Criminals can use specialist devices to imitate your car’s key fob signal — unlocking the vehicle and starting the engine without ever having the real key. This is known as relay theft.

🔐 Protect your vehicle:
 

Keep key fobs well away from doors and windows

Use a signal‑blocking pouch (Faraday pouch)

Consider a steering lock or driveway post

Enable tracking or immobiliser features if available
